Katie,
ReplyDeleteI finally got a sample of this today. I have tried 3 from Tauer and this one is special. The notes are so easy to detect. Plus they don't over take each other but seem to compliment each other. The amber is just right and the spices are there but not the main note. The incense to me is what makes it. Now I want to try Orange Star. Plus his incense's scents. If anyone loves Serge Luten they will love Tauer!
Andy Tauer gets a bit frustrated when people bang on about L'Air du Desert Marocain, because he's always creating new perfumes and extending his range. But the people love L'AdDM, and the people have spoken.
ReplyDeleteI think people go on about it is, its every body's favorite. Now that would be a stretch for me. I have such a limited knowledge of his line. But to get frustrated with praise is silly. Its a work of art and the masses love gazing on it! I am sure I will love his Incense scents. Just got to find time to get them.
ReplyDeleteOh you know, Gojira, it's just the "William Shatner Syndrome": wanting to be known for more than just Captain Kirk. It's a human reaction. (Even though Captain Kirk is a cultural icon...and perhaps someday L'Air de Marocain, too!)
